Addressing:

1 x Xerox Nuvera 120 EA: Size range 140 x 203mm – 320 x 470mm simplex & duplex. Uncoated Minimum paper weight = 60gsm. Uncoated Maximum paper weight = 250gsm. Coated Minimum paper weight = 90gsm. Coated Maximum paper weight = 250gsm. Testing available for stocks in excess of 250gsm to confirm suitability. Rated speed 120 x A4 pages per machine.
3 x Ricoh 2090 laser printers: Size range A5 – A3 simplex & duplex. Minimum paper weight = 80gsm. Maximum paper weight = 200gsm. Rated speed 90 x A4 pages per minute per machine.
3 x Domino Jet Array: inkjet systems for variable name and address printing.
2 x Domino A Series: inkjet systems for variable name and address printing including barcode printing. Maximum product thickness = 30mm. Minimum product thickness = single sheet. Maximum speed 16,000 items per machine per hour (depending on product size and weight). Maximum 8 lines of address.
1 x Imaje: inkjet system currently configured for off line production of postcards, one piece mailers & envelopes etc. Maximum product thickness = 15mm. Minimum product thickness = single. Maximum speed 8,000 items per machine per hour (depending on product size and weight). Maximum 8 lines of address.
All of our inkjet sytems are solvent based so will print onto any substrate including gloss paperstocks and polyfilm. All inkjet systems can be interchanged between equipment to give the best possible production speeds / options for any given client.

Finishing:

1 x Morgana UFO2: Capable of up to 20,000 sheets per hour. Fast set up. Maximum sheet size = 450 x 380mm. Parallel folding.

All of the above polywrap lines are fitted with encoders for online inkjet for either Domino or Imaje systems to provide maximum flexibility.

Enveloping:

1 x Buhrs BB300: Capable of enclosing from C6 to B4, both wallet and pocket envelopes. Machines consists of 6 x rotary feeders and 1 x shuttle feeder.
1 x CMC Encloser: Capable of enclosing from C6 to B4, both wallet and pocket envelopes. Machines consists of 6 x rotary feeders and 1 x shuttle feeder. Imaje inkjet capability for online inkjetting of outer envelopes.

Hand Fulfilment:

For cover mounting of gifts, credit cards, CDs and DVDs etc and other non-machineable items. Small volume production and daily fulfilment with complex pack enclosures and matching.
